For I have been gone for over half a year! That is so very unacceptable but I never bought a laptop like I said I would. I've been so busy spending my money on other things that, as I've said before, haven't had the desire to purchase one. I figured since I have an iPad and I have this blogger app (which, while I'm talking about it, they need to make one for iPads) that I'd post a little something today. I felt like "dressing up." a casual but cutesy little outfit I threw together. It's minimal items but it works for me. Anyway, hope all is well with everyone. I'm TRYING to get back into my blogging nature but bare with me, it's not so easy lol. Toodles dolls. . .

Missing in action

I feel sooooo bad for neglecting my blog, but if you read my last post you know it's not my fault. My computer is definitely donezo (the hard drive decided to give up on me) so I'm pretty bummed but that explains my lack of posts. I figured while I'm at a friends house in Gainesville right now that I'd try to update this month at least with just a quick status with my whereabouts as of lately. Um, like I said I'm currently in Gainesville (I'll be here for another week) and then back to my life back in Miami. Don't consider this a vacation though, there's absolutely nothing exciting going on lol.  I came down because my friend is getting her first tattoo and wanted me to photograph it. Let's see, other news? My hair is currently braided up. I keep telling myself no more weave but it's just so much easier to do a protective style and not have to worry about it. I've actually been thinking of trying A WIG! It'll definitely be the first wig I've ever worn (that wasn't during Halloween) so I'm pretty nervous yet stoked about the whole situation haha. I have tons of photos that I'd love to share with you over the past month or so of my nonexistence and as soon as I find a way to do so, I will. The military thing? Ugh, everything that could go wrong has gone wrong lol. It's still happening because I refuse to get this far and give up now haha but I've been told that I won't be leaving until next year. Probably the worst news I've received this month but I'll be fine, I just have to construct a plan B until they are ready for me to leave. I don't know what else to update but if you have any questions or just want to say hi, feel free to do so because I've missed you so haha! Sadly I haven't posted anything since my last post, and as much as I hate that, it's not my fault this time lol. My laptop decided to kick the bucket and I haven't had the time to take it to the "doctor" lol. I promise to be back in action as soon as I'm able to, I miss you all (though you probably didn't even realize I was gone haha). Hope everyone is enjoying their week.

HEYYYY!! So I've been ghost for a bit, but no worries I'm still around. Thought I'd do a quick check in and update just to let you know how I've been doing (had some highs and some lows but I don't want to be a debbie downer so forget I mentioned that haha). I'm in the mood to bullet this update so yeah, here ya go:

• Memorial weekend was a complete bust, the beaches were filled beyond capacity.
• I got to wear my (not so) new bathing suit that I bought a while back, but since the beach was full it served no purpose.
• THE HEAT MADE IT TO THE FINALS
• I took my confirmation ASVAB test, so meps is the next step.
• I made my goal for wearing this protective style for a month.
• HELLO MONTH OF JUNE, my birthday is in exactly 19 days. 
• I'm turning 22, just in case you wanted to know.

and um, I think that's about it lol. That's all I can think of right now at least, hope everyone is having a great day/week/month. I'll be back soon enough, pinky promise.
